Boss, instead of going to a dentist try this home remedy first. 1) After last meal at night brush the teeth with Vicco indian toothpaste. 2) Then apply pea sized amount of the paste on the top of the tooth which is paining. Gently push the paste inside the infected tooth. Go to bed. Do not rinse or split. Do this for a few days & the pain will be gone. Vicco Ayurvedic toothpaste is available at most indian groceries in the US for about $ 4 for 200 grams. Good Luck. BTW: Stop using other toothpastes which are made with chemical ingredients.
