This video is misinformation. Hamas did not reject the ceasefire plan. They asked for a guarantee from the U.S that the U.S will enforce the ceasefire plan stage after stage. But the U.S declined and Israel also did not want to guarantee they will follow it. The Israeli said they reserve the right to alter the plan according to their objectives. While the U.S now says what hamas is asking for is not possible for the U.S. In other words the U.S will not guarantee that Israel will withdraw all their troops and that it will not come back into Gaza.
