Great recipe ! Actually it was my first time doing one of your recipe. The only difference for me was that I had to cook the buns for 40 minutes at 375 instead of 25 minutes. At 25 minutes the buns were golden brown on the outside but barely cooked and still really moist on the inside.
Thank you for the recommendation. I tried your keto rustic bread recipe today and it was very good! I will be trying these tomorrow for a family gathering.❤
@@lowcarbabode We sampled the buns after making six. (Only need 4 for our GF people) They are great but not as puffy as the ones you show in the video. I really prefer a less puffy bun as it’s easier to eat as a stacked burger. We tried the buns with peanut butter and fresh homemade no sugar grape jelly and really liked them. The true test will be if they hold together with the burgers. Thank you again and I will let you know how they like them.
Before I say anything, I am a very below average cook. I have a repertoire of about three things I always make . So, I gave your hamburger buns a whirl, and let me just say, I will be eternally grateful. They are perfect, in every single way just perfect. Thanks Ludmilla, 🇦🇺
It would change the texture of the buns. You could try adding less or no water and more almond flour or maybe coconut flour. I just can't tell you how much or how they will turn out.
You're new to me and I'm loving your videos. New subscriber! Have you made any English muffins, tortilla shells, or chips using your flour? I'm not a fan of using lots of mozzarella cheese in my bread recipes. I agree with you on the Costco Almond flour!
Such an amazing channel! Love your work and how easy to make, well explained and inspiring your recipes are. Can't wait to see you grow massively here on YT❤
Interesting recipe... I'm not on a keto diet but I'm gluten intolerant. Gluten free bread is so expensive to buy, doesn't taste great and is highly processed too. I will try this bun recipe thank you ❤
I'm glad you told us about the kind of almond flour you use. I have lots of almond flour from Walmart so l am going to put it in my coffee grinder and grind it up a bit more.
For this recipe the psyllium husk is kind of important. It gives the burgers structure and also absorbs the liquid. In case you use Amazon, you could order the husk from there. I use NOW, the link is in the description.
