i used to hate broadway musicals. They were just so weird and boring. After hearing Alexander Hamilton, it changed everything. I was hooked to the lyrics, everything about it-just so wonderfully true and put together. I started listening to Aaron Burr,Sir and Guns and Ships. Love at first sight. Lin-Manuel Miranda made an impact on me, and the million or even billion other Hamilton fans.

Andrew Loyed Webber did that 30 years ago, People laughed at him for writing a Musicals about Cats, Trains and Rock Jesus one, but that spoke to the Young People that had enough of Westside Story and Chicago.

I listen to a lot of Lin-Manuel Miranda interviews. I hear him say a lot of the same things over and over. I do not tire of it. And sometimes, you learn a little something new, particularly if the interviewer is original in their questions.

The line "You've got be carefully taught" is the title of a song from the musical South Pacific. It explains that children learn prejudice, that it is not instinctual. I can't name which Hamilton song it's used in. .. Still absorbing the album. We love Lin and his Top Notch Brain!
