I’m so glad I discovered this song and entire album almost by myself. The only song I heard was 1000 Times on 13 Reasons Why but other than that I found every other song just exploring their music. And two years later I still listen to the album on shuffle.

parallel thinking can exist, of course, but considering the commercial exposure this song had, it's also quite likely you heard it somewhere in the background, without noticing and were subsequently influenced. or, the third option, is that you are a far superior song writer but fate hates you.

@@NewGoldStandard i've been an obsessed fan with Lord Huron for about 4 years now and i actually think this show is awesome and also pretty good for Lord Huron to blow up internationally. A lot of people became fans bc of this show so don't put it in a bad light
