Directions:
✔️ Prepare the Jelly: Boil the contents of each small jelly packet (banana & strawberry) in 1 cup of water for 3 minutes. Let it cool.
✔️ Prepare the Faluda Mix: Add the large faluda mix packet (containing kesar, pista, colorful vermicelli, tapioca pearls, chia seeds, and sugar) into 1 liter of milk. Heat the mixture for 6-8 minutes, then let it cool and freeze.
✔️ Combine & Serve: Once both mixtures are cool, combine the crystal jelly with the faluda mix.
✔️ Chill & Enjoy: Serve your faluda chilled, topped with ice cream or whipped cream. For extra flavor, garnish with almonds, pistachios, or cashews.
