Yeah... been trying to figure out an Ida Neilsen bassline and needed to learn the concept and technique the pull off... just as you say, just taking the finger off (what I was doing before) was half way there but not enough for a clear tone --- and her tone is super clear. This would have taken me some time to figure out on own :)
Do we have to choose pick or fingers or can we do both?. My pick sounds better but fingers sound ALMOST as good??. And ty it's cause of videos like yours I am learning and mastering bass. I only been playing 3 years but I improved so much learned so much for 3 years if playing their is a video on my channel u can critique if you want. That's why I put it up there TY.
