Love the early morning training! I did notice that the lower you are out of the back of the ring the better your foot work is. You may want to try closing your stance at the back of the ring too. Try setting up with your feet closer together. Your over rotation in turn one is pulling you off balance but you are correcting somewhat before your release. I would be working on slow one arm turns with light weight to get your balance back. Focus on stepping into the turns quickly and placing the right foot down earlier. Here is a video of a hammer drill that helped me alot : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-iAAXKf98H5Y.html . You don't have to leave the hammer on the ground if you don't want to. The foot work and balance drill is the what to look for.

@@jonsweetin Thank you very much for the input! I will try to improve, let's see if it happens! And yes, early morning throws are nice, it's me and the birds, and sometimes a couple of rabbits are on the field!
