Andrew Steele Great to know that. I've been listening to Hammerfall for 14 years and still love them. In the last 2 records they got back in track after some years of drifting.

Man I just felt the same, when I saw(heard) 20 Scottish bagpiper play together.

Sí, pero esta formación esta muy solida, se nota que hay buena onda entre todos. Me encanta la formación como quedo!! Anders Johansson se notaba que tocaba solo por la plata. Y Stefan Elmgren se fue en muy buenos términos por un tema laborar, es piloto profesional y sigue siendo amigo de la banda y tocando de vez en cuando. Incluso una gira se sumo como bajista!

Its a lot easier to make money in Europe playing Heavy Metal . American Metal bands are screwed right from the start .

That's why David is better for the band. Anders was a great drummer, but the not right drummer for Hammefall. He experimented too much, and at their "Glory To The Brave-show" it ruined it all with his way of playing those tracks. On the first two albums, they had Patrik Räfling ond rums, and he was a machine on those drums, and his speed was amazing! Anders could not match that, and his style didn't fit those songs. "Heading The Call" hasn't been played proporly since Patrik left, since Anders simply couldn't do it. But David can, and that's a relief! Again, Anders was a great drummer but he wasn't a good fit for the old songs, and he grew sloppy towards the end :/

I partially agree but anders is a monster on drums and hammerfall picked him because they loved his drumming from when he played with yngwie malmsteen but personally my favorite was and still is patrick raffling for drums and I miss Stefan elmgren on guitars and magnus Rosen on bass yes Fredric Larson was the bassist on the first album but magnus was the better bassist and how he delivered the bass lines especially on songs like let the hammer fall where Fredric delivers them just like the album instead of spicing them up

anders is a real solid drummer and the best technically that the band had. Patrik was the best fit though in my opinion, no doubt.
