It’s a 150cc 9hp. For this sized go cart I’d love to see a 250cc engine that could push like 20hp that would be awesome. But even governed at 50mph is fine just be cool to have more power to rip on slower speeds but cool kart none the less

Hammerhead eliminated turn signals and mirrors late 2017 and on all 2018 GTS models, However they added external oil cooler and filter and a manual choke (eliminated the problematic electric choke). You can buy the turn signals on EBAY if you want them. The mirrors were virtually worthless...

Matthew Brady it could be one of two things: 1.) The 2017 and newer models no longer have the mirrors and turn signals. Personally I think this was a good decision as they vibration from driving rendered the mirrors useless and the turn signals confused people into thinking it was a street legal vehicle. One addition the did make that is a great positive is that they added an engine oil cooler. This will help extend the life if the engine! 2.) If you bought it used (an older model) the prior owner could have simply removed them. Let me knowing there is anything else you are concerned with or that we can help you with! No, they no longer make the 250cc and haven't for about five years now. It's unfortunate that you feel that way. We actually sell quite a few of the GTS150s and our customers are really very happy with them. They're durable, reliable and quite frankly, very fun machines that get up to speed very well!!!

Actually, we own a stock GTS150 and have gotten ours up to 48.6 miles an hour with TWO people in it. You should take yours in and have someone take a look at it. You should be getting minimally 5 mph more if not 10.
