If definitely needs to be bigger. This would be a good size for a Nasutoceratops or maybe even a Sino. But the Trike needs to be considerably larger.

The one thing I like about the Hammond Collection is that it is the same scale as my Beasts of the Mesozoic figures, but that poor JP Trike is going to look tiny compared to my BOTM Triceratops

@@CovenantRoadkill It is more close to the sub-adult Trike in size. So we have to consider it a sub-adult. Just like how the Dilophosaurus figure will be a juvenile. Big difference however that a juvenile Dilo makes sense as the one seen in the movie was a juvenile. But the Triceratops seen in the movie was an adult. As for Dilophosaurus, the Amber Dilo would work as an adult Dilo in the 3.75 scale. Unfortunately it is very difficult to find and goes for insane prices on eBay. They could simply re-release this figure in the Hammond line as adult Dilo.

Yeah.. it is only 2/3 of its actual size. For some reason mattel makes other ceratopsian bigger than trike..

The only criticism I have for cerato is that his skin near its eyes were never colored black in the movie, it's just the night and its shadow that made it black

Incredible small too. :( It can only go for a sub-adult, not an adult, which was way bigger (9m in length). Would be a figure in the price class of T-Rex. I was hoping the Trike to be the size of the BOTM adult Trike. Hope they will release an adult sized trike in this collection.

It’s weird too. Because even though everyone seems to be satisfied with the size of the Rex, it too is actually too small. When the math is all said and done, if you follow the scaling, the Rex would actually only be just over 38 ft long: Which is just barely larger than the JP3 Bull Rex, but much smaller than Rexy or the Buck and Doe from The Lost World.

I know, buddy, I know. But in this case I’ll forgive it knowing that the animal seen in JP1 was roughly a sub-adult and thereby smaller than a full-grown one. In that context it works. And it’s not the JW design either which is certainly a plus. Chances are that I’ll acquire this.

As an owner of the Hammond Collection Ceratosaurus, it is well worth the price. These Hammond Collection figures are just what the Jurassic Park fandom has been needing for a while and the Ceratosaurus is no exception. Superb pose-ability makes my figure such a great drawing reference material as well as simply a figure to play around with every now and then. Best purchase of my life!

These things are my favorite figures to collect now. The only problem I have is Target NEVER has release date info for these. It's literally "coming soon" to delivery. I guess accurate release dates went the way of the Dodo after 2020. Most toy makers (HASBRO!!) basically project things a year or more out and then update more realistic delivery times later. Guess Target and Mattel want to avoid that.

Everyone keeps pointing out how small the Triceratops is and they're absolutely right. Until Mattel scales up the Hammond Collection design, it's a pass for me. I suggest others to do the exact same.

In my opinion they should do every Dinosaur from all the movies or the most popular ones. - Spinosaurus, Stegosaurus, Pteranodon,Velociraptors (All Variations), Ankylosaurus, Dilophosaurus, Corythosaurus etc. Maybe from the JW Website which includes. - Suchomimis, Baryonyx (Yellow Variant), Metriacanthosaurus, Edmontosaurus, etc. Even From Camp Cretaceous. - Monolophosaurus, Ouranosarus.
