What"s mark of bronze were used for making reeds for this melodion? My instrument have 11 years old and need to replace some broken reeds. I live in Russia(((
Dear Sir or Madam, I’ve just received my Melodion Suzuki hammond Pro-44hp V2 and am trying to connect it via 1/4 cable with RME interface. I turn on the volume knob of the melody. The output volume was too low (actually I didn't hear sound from the monitors) even with RME preamp and amplification using a gain knob. Could it be a problem with built-in microphone or is it a specific dynamic microphone type? It is strange that I can’t amplify it even with the maximum level of the RME interface preamp.
Same problem here with a Hammond Pro 44 hp. I have to turn up a LOT of volume in amp to be able to hear “something”. What’s the problem? Is really frustrating. Same problem going through a mixer.
@@LuisFerreiraTor I contacted with support team of the Suzuki. It is because of the type of the built-in mic. It is dynamic microphone which required amplification or using preamp. Standard input level is -25 dBV so you need to find proper amplification. So probably it is not a problem of the melodion and your instrument is not broken.
Sounds just like the Hohner melodica I used to have. Besides any good synth can reproduce these sounds. I don't see any use for spending over$500 for this gimmick.
Please help me solve the problem! I bought a new Hammond pro-44hp v2 yesterday in the company store. With play sounds (with a powerful air flow), notes “stick” (do not work, do not sound) in the lower register. There is no such problem in the upper and middle registers. With quiet sounds, there is no such problem. that is, when I create strong air pressure. If I do not force the sound, but gradually make it louder, there is no such problem. Moreover, from a sharp attack. There are no problems with smooth, powerful sound. If I immediately remove the force of the air, everything is all right again. Is it supposed to be like that? If it's a Hammond problem, then I'll send it back. Maybe I don't know how to properly extract sound from it? Are there any features of sound extraction? Thanks!
Helou. My hammond suzuki has the same problem. It cloggs aleatorulky in any moment because of the condensation os water.. have you found any solution? Thenk you.
