Yes. Han has anxiety. It was way more worse in the debut era but he has tried and overcome a lot. He gets anxious around crowds and strangers. But he is a totally different person when he is on stage though. The confidence he reeks is next level. The members help him in being grounded and make him feels safe. And he is the official babygirl of STRAYKIDS. The most adorable human being ever. ❤❤❤

Han has spoken about his anxiety himself in vlogs and even in his songs. He’s usually very hyper and extroverted with the members, but introverted when he’s with new people or by himself. It’s one of the reasons i relate towards Han so much.
Han is a baby boy one second and he can a bad boy the next and he's one the visuals if Stray kids and I love him so much, he's part of 3Racha and he's a great rapper and lead vocalist and his dancing is intense

Since Han Jisung is my ult bias, let me tell you a few things about him. Han is a first member that Chan (the leader) chose so we call him the first stray kid or the first kid of Chan. He is an introvert with social/crowd anxiety and it used to be very bad. To a point where he went on a hiatus. He is very shy, quiet and anxious when it comes to big crowds (not when he is on stage, tho), new people etc. BUT... When he is comfortable (with his members, friends, etc.), he is the funniest person ever. He is very loud, all over the place and makes jokes all the time. He loves to make his members smile and loves to be the center of attention. The members call him "the life of the party/vitamin" since he can make the members laugh very easily (especially Hyunjin hehe). I think it was Felix who said that when he comes into a room, everyone's eyes go to him. He is very selfless, caring and goes out of his way to make people happy. Also, Han is an ace of aces. All the members can do both (rap and sing) but Han is especially good at everything. He is one of the main rappers and easily could be a main vocalist. He usually does both in most songs. He is also a part (maknae) of 3RACHA (production team of skz) so he writes and produces as well. His lyrics are usually very deep and personal. He writes about loneliness, depression, anxiety, etc. Such a talented human being.

You are right Ben, Han has diagnosed Anxiety disorder. According to him he is in ongoing treatment. I think it’s pretty cool that he is getting the appropriate support he needs from JYP. If this was just 8 years ago I don’t think a company would have supported him like this, but times are changing. I think also Chan has a lot more influence over the direction of SKZ than other group leaders. I’m basing this off the many interviews of SKZ where they talk about how Chan is viewed by staff and JYP upper levels. Han is probably the most talented member. I’m happy that he is a good songwriter and producer, so if the idol life gets too much for him he has other options. I don’t think that will happen anytime soon though as he seems to be getting the support he needs from staff and his members. Once again thank you for a great video. ❤
Idk about whether its been 8years or not but even Wonder girls, 2pm etc always bragged about how JYPE always have mental health evaluation and even provide therapy for their trainees, idols etc. Even Twice members took extended leave from activities due to mental health issues.
@@venyykiwi5238 to my knowledge JYP has never had an ongoing case like this with an idol. Yes they have had to provide idols time off here and there but not an ongoing case where they needed to provide continuous specialized support. In fact according to BamBam in a Thai interview someone did not debut with them because of an unnamed mental health condition that would have been difficult to manage the lifestyle of an idol. There is a difference between mental health conditions that arise from an idol lifestyle and a medical disorder. Both are very serious, but one you can treat with rest, a hearty diet, prescribed medication and sessions with a therapist (still a long road to healing). The other is probably a lifelong struggle that is continuously triggered, and there needs to be plans in place when an inevitable attack occurs, considering one of his triggers is a screaming large crowd.

We need more Han because I don't think he's been exposed enough here! I love him so much, his lyrics make me cry every time. He is the epitome of comfort and coziness. Yes, Han has an anxiety disorder and it hits me every time he gets sick on stage or in public places. But he handles it so wonderfully. He can be sweet and playful, but he's been through a lot of shit in his life, so I'm so glad he's got guys around to keep him safe now

His anxiety is social, but he also suffers from panic attacks. What I find interesting about Stray Kids is how tuned in to each other the members are, so they are always quick to support each other. I think they get separation anxiety too. Some staff has called the "stuck together dumplings" because they always have to be near each other. Eventually they all turn into an 8 person puppy puddle.

Han is not the maknae but he is in the maknae line! Jeongin is the maknae. Seungmin, felix, and han all share a birthday within like the same week or two. Seungmin is the second youngest, (sep 22) felix is 3rd (sep 15) and han is fourth. (Sep 14)

Han is honestly one of the most talented all rounders in Kpop. He is usually doing the rapping in their songs, but his singing is crazy good. I’d recommend watching their “Ill be your man” performance from Kingdom to see him sing. Not only is he both a rapper and a singer, he is also their producer and writes most of the lyrics to their songs. He’s one of the big reasons I started to like Kpop!
Han gets scared of loud noises, he has horrible anxiety & panic attacks. He even went on a break because he was having a hard time with his mental health!
Han is indeed adorable. He is known as one of the sunshine twins in the group. He's an incredible ace, one of the youngest producers to reach his ranking in KOMCA, a fantastic writer. And yes he has social anxiety, he struggles around large groups of people or in new situations. When he knows people he's very bubbly and energetic, but SKZ know how to help him if he needs it and the staff are really good too. He's pretty open about his mental health history, and he's written a lot of songs about his experience with anxiety and depression, but he's in a much better place now he says. It's kind of really cool he talks about it so much, because as someone who can relate, it's nice to see someone living with it and being successful and happy. Also, as a fun fact, most of SKZ are at least conversational in either English or Japanese as well as Korean, and they actively study languages (Felix is studying Chinese and French as well, he gave his first speech in French recently). Han speaks both English and Japanese to a fairly high level due to growing up in Malaysia and rooming with Japanese trainees for a while.

As other stays have already said, Han unfortunately deals with a lot of anxiety. He’s opened up a bit about it and I’m so grateful that SKZ and their managers seem to be very supportive and protective of him. Han has some solo songs where he talks a bit about his struggles with Anxiety such as Alien. It’s a reallly good song and the lyrics are basically him describing feeling like an alien in this world and feeling so disconnected and lost because of it sometimes. He’s really such a strong person. Don’t let the soft baby boy vibe fool you, Han is a true ace in kpop. He can do it all from producing, singing, rapping, writing, dancing, visuals, and personality. He’s truly incredible. While he’s not the maknae of SKZ he is the maknae for 3Racha I believe. But like who wouldn’t want to baby him? He’s so precious 🥺

Hannie suffers from anxiety and has panic attacks, and struggles with social places with crowds as far i know and I believe shakes after them etc, he's shared some of his experiences with stays and is trying to get better along with the other members helping:)
