FYI, it seems VRoid Studio 1.28 is causing an issue with how it exports for this process, the inside mouth textures get all messed up. You may want to ensure you are using VRoid Studio version 1.22.1 which is what this video was made with as that was the at the time latest version. I am unsure which update to VRoid Studio introduced the issue.
You would need iPhone tracking to take advantage of all the additional blendshapes. That said, this would allow you to fine tune the blendshapes that webcams can track if you don't like their default looks or such. There may also be some blendshapes that webcams can track this may add that aren't there by default, I'm just not sure on that offhand.
Haven’t ran into that myself, did you make sure all the versions of Hana Tool, UniVRM, and Unity are the specific ones listed? The versions with these are really sensitive in their compatibility between each other. Unity is unfortunately not good at backwards compatibility.
