I learned a lot, by just reading comments, I bought same oven last December and tried baking different cookies, and tried banana loaf bread, wondering why my loaf is raw in the middle, thankful that I read those comments, now I learned that I should choose the function with a fan. Thank you

Yes its a good idea to put a tray/basin of water when roasting meats (you can also put lemongrass,garlic onions and other spices or aromatics in the water so it will infuse in your meat and it will not be too dry). It will also serve to catch the oil drippings so it will not go directly to your heating rods below for safety. For cakes I don't usually put water but you may opt not to use the convection func so your cake won"t dry up... God bless. Thanks!

Hi. How to preheat a convection oven? For example, I want to bake a burnt basque cheesecake using this type of oven. I dont know how to preheat, and I dont know what function to use. Thanks in advance 😁

I haven't tried that recipe but whatever I bake may it be regular cheesecake other cakes, I use the required temp to pre heat the oven for at least 10mins so for example if it requires 200°C and 45 mins, I set it to 55 mins then place the batter in when timer hits 45. I prefer the convection function mostly (fan on)..
Hi. You can re heat food in this oven but NOT with the disposable plastics used in microwave. You have to use baking tins/trays or silicone ware that are safe to use in this type of oven.

Hi! I use the fan/convection fxn in almost everything I bake bec it spreads the heat evenly inside. For my cookies it's 170°C and for my banana loaf 190°C. 😊
Maam! I have this model too. Kabibili ko lang. Ano pa dapat ang temp ng Chocolate cake? 4x akong nagtry mgbake ng choco cake laging may crack chocolate cake ko tapos di pa lutp ang ilalim. Pero yong ibabaw ng cake dry na. Ano ba dapat? Ano sa tingin mo mali? Di ko din alam ano susundin ko. Based sa brochure ng Hanabishi, 150degree C kung magluluto ng cake. Pero based sa recipe naman na sinusunod ko dapat daw 170 degree C. I tried both of them pero puro palpak cake ko. Please help me paano mgbake sa Hanabishi 68 liters. Kung ilang minutes, kung anong temp. 😭
Hi! If medyo dry yung gusto nyo pong texture pwede gamitin ang convectionna function. If Medyo moist naman po upper and lower heat lang po then temp at 180°C or 350-360°F😊. Thank you❤️

Hi. Good to have it checked by an authorized service center and personnel po whether under warranty or not to make sure it won't get damaged in case the bulb needs replacement. They can better check and assess it.
Hi maam, 45L po gamit ko. Ano po use ng black o dark tray na inclusion ng oven? Ngbake ng cupcake nilagay ko sa pinakailalim ung dark tray pero empty po, sabi kasi nila pansala kapag my mahuhulog. Hello po. Ginagamit kobdin po sya pag nagbabake ako nag maraming batches nag cakes and cupcakes. Dyan ko po inilalagay ang baking tins. Pero po if nagluluto kayo ng meats pwede po yan lagayan ng pansala.

Hello :) di masyado kc na try ko sya nung dami orders sa cake pero nasa P300 lang po yung diff sa electric bill namin.Average baking time ko nasa 40 mins. So far so good po.. di ko pa lng na try mg roast ng pork or chicken :)
Hi! Honestly po I can't say which is more durable since the only digital appliance we have is our ref. The rest po mas preferred po namin yung dial or manual. So far ok naman po both preference lang po namin ang dial/manual but siguro if given the chance to own another oven in the future e try ko po yung digital din 😊

@@ethelasuncion If yung malalaki na cakes baka po nasusunog but sa small and medium tins na gamit ko di naman po nasusunog medyo may crust lang sa top but manageable.

Hi! Thank you po :) Mag mamatter po yung wattage/watts dun po sa impact ng electricity consumption po. Kagaya nito nasa 2200watts sya pag ginamit ko sya nang at least 3x a week at nasa 1 hour per gamit (3hrs per week) nakakadagdag po sya ng around P400 dun sa usual na monthly consumption namin sa electricity :)

Hello po😊 Personally since na try ko both mas cost efficient ang ganito na oven kahit yung maliit kasi mas faster young cooking esp dahil sa may convection feature mas even yung distribution ng heat. Di rin sya gaano kamahalan compared sa gas range 😊
Hi! 200°C lang po so far pinaka taas na temp na try ko. Nasa 170-200°C usually gamit ko sa pag bbake. Naka pre heat po ako lagi ng at least 10mins before mag salang. Parang once yata umusok sya but after nun di kona na experience umusok.
Yes po. Ginagamit ko sya at least twice a week at ok naman po.. Gusto ko din sana yung all metal na imarflex dati kaso walang ganitong size na 68L noon but eto po ay ok na ok happy po ako sa kanya wala pong problema or anything 👍value for money po talaga para sa akin..

Hi! Di po ko nagluluto ng meats dito po pang cakes lang po sya para di po mangamoy but may nakita akong nagluto ng Lechon belly sa ganitong oven and ang ganda ng pagkaluto po so I think ok din sya for meats like Chicken and Pork 👍

Normal po ba na uminit ang outer body ng Hanabishi Electric Oven as in mainit na mainit talaga? Firts time ko lang po bumili at gumamit ng Electric Oven at ng nag test ako nag bake ng cookies ok naman kaya lang super init ung outer body nya including ung front glass door.

Naexperience po ba ninyo sa fiest try ang umusok yung oven.??? Kasi yung sa akin same dn hanabishi but 23L lang.. umusok sha ng sobra sobra.. i used un first button sa function knob.. pero sobrang usok niya so i turn off ko then change to sa 3rd knob no fan ang ginawa ko medyo na less yung smoke..
Ano kaya ang nagcause ng usok nun? Actually hindi kasi ako nag pre heat ng oven e deretso binake ko na.. hindi kaya ito ang nagcause ng usok dahil hindi ko sha preheat?
Hello! automatic po ang light mag on pag naka on din po yung oven.. baka po it needs checking or replacement na po yung bulb. Itawag nyo po muna sa service center...Na try ko na nung di mag on yung oven ko madali lang po sila kausap at very accomodating yung staff..Thanks po God bless.

Hi. You can have it checked by an authorized service center. One time our oven stopped working while I was in the middle of baking something. We called up and technician said to let it rest for a while then after 15 mins it worked again.. But it always light up when turned on..
Hi. Just use the function and temp you will be cooking/baking with. Turn it on at least 10mins before you put your cake batter or meat in.. I have examples from the comments below po for more tips on pre heating❤️
@@stephv75 If it's fairly new, I would suggest to just use it and use a flashlight to check what you"re baking. As long as it can deliver in terms of cooking or baking then it's alright. I"ve seen some vloggers use it and it's good actually.
@@stephv75 Eto pa lang po yung second oven na nabili namin after nung old gas range with oven and so far ok naman po. Di ako masyado familiar sa ibang brands but nilibot ko muna halos lahat ng brands bago bumili and so far dito yung hinahanap kong features in terms of size, yung convection function yung light sa loob and medyo lightweight din po considering the size so di mahirap e transport and linisin.
@@bebegirl9405Di ko po masasabi kung gaano ka accurate yung thermostat nya but follow ko lang po yung baking temp na kelangan at tinetest ko lang po for doneness. So far okay naman po at minsan eextend ko lang between 5-10mins yung cooking time.
Hin Opo. Upper and Lower with the fan on (convection). I prefer to use this function in majority of my cake recipes (vanilla and chocolate) but you can test what will work for you best :)

@@joyrieltan 3oz din po yung gamit ko na cupcake tin/tray so far kasya ang dalawang tins top and bottom sa isang salangan dito sa 68L ko medyo maluwag pa. Di lang po ako sure sa 45L if kasya sa tancha ko halos ka size nung 45L yung standard na microwave oven. Ang 30L maliit po talaga.
