I've been looking everywhere but I can't find the solution to my pain. I did every test and the when applying pressure in the phalens test is really hurt in the middle of my hand. It's always been pain in the middle of my right hand and I just don't know how to recover. Do you have any suggestions? Might something be broken? I got the injury from doing a heavy bench press.
