Here is what I did: I ate a balanced diet that included items such as dal, roti, green veggies, and brown rice. This assisted nourish my body from within. I applied a face wash with the right pH level and had black rice water. I chose the Litlextraa riceberrry face wash, and it worked nice for my skin. I made it a habit to drink a minimum of 2 liters of water daily. I exercised on a daily basis, this made me sweat and removed impurities from my body.
