@@phillipeloghomes We are ready to build on our property which is near the Georgia/North Carolina state line. We’re having trouble finding contractors willing to erect a kit to dry-in. We can take it from there. This home is exactly the style we are looking for. We keep going back to it.

My dad owns the company but my brother, myself and 1 other guy do all the log scribing and cutting. Thank you!

The log home shell price will be the same. Can't speak for the foundation, Well, electricians and plumber contractors. We will stick to that $32 a square foot price for the log shell.

we have not built in AZ yet, Nebraska is as far as we have been
