My dear phulkari mae zaida tur silk ka thread use hota hae because yeh bhut ashi shine daita hae but agar apkay pass nahi hae tu aap cotton embroidery wala dhaga use ker lae agr woh b nahi ha tu phir silai wala dhaga use krain
it is a satin stitch which is the simplest kind of embroidery stitch. When it is done in a shiny silk floss the effect is fabulous. I love this tradition from my Punjab!
You can make this on khadar and on light brown you can use yellow, mustard, orange, shocking pink, maroon, sky blue, and green. You can check these shades before doing embroidery. Thanks

You can make this stitch on all kind of fabric even shaffon and silk to and if you mean which kind of dress then the answer is you can make this stitch on your shirts your shalls and on the baby dresses you can make this in the form of border and in the form of bunches or you can spread this all over the cloth. +Adnan Afridi Thank you very much for liking this 'You can find patterns from the same shop from where you get the other patterns like shappa wali shop if you never find buy a graph paper from book store and then google phulkari patterns and draw these on your graph paper its easy because paper has squares and you can draw designs equal from both sides. This is called frame or embroidery hoop. You can find this on any embroidery thread and gota shop. All this kind of shop has these frames and if this is hard to find then show the picture of this video frame to any shopkeeper and I hope they will guide you, otherwise you can order online from eBay or Amazon.
