Hand Energy Crackle/Flame Effect 

This is a tutorial for an effect for an energy aura around action figure hands, with a flame/crackle going out of the aura.
The tutorial requires a rotary tool like a dremel. Don't get discouraged, it's a pretty cool tool to have, and very easy to use. This was just my 3rd or 4th time using it. And it's a relatively cheap one.
The effect itself is made out of 1.2" 32mm Diameter plastic vending machine capsules.
The capsules were bought from aliexpress (www.aliexpress...)
