the enamel dial shouldn't have that many specks in it should it? looking at other enamel dials by anordain, seiko, or kurono as some budget options, I never see that
At least it's something different after a flat " watches and wonders ". Anordain obviously have amazing enamel dials , but, long waiting list. Good to highlight these sort of projects. Will there be a household name from China in a few years time?
Microbrands are smashing the prices of such watches making it accessible for the masses. I really like how it looks, the specs for the money on that Sapphire is unbeatable.
Looks so cheap, especially strap. Also not worth to spend so much. Let's calculate: this movement price is about $230 from Alibaba, strap $20, sapphire case adds about $600 to price compared to steel case (already with earnings margin), but ok, let's take this max number and we have $850 + dial and rest details, hard to estimate price, but let's say $150 and we have about $1000, which if offered for $1580. I wouldn't spend so much. Similar ready watches sell for about $1200 on Alibaba. And after all it's just some cheap movement, come on, mechanical movement, also with tourbillon, can't be good for $230.
Cool option for those who love tourbillon. Personally, i don't care about it. Anordain enamel looks much better though. And if i am going to spend 2K, OMG, I would buy myself a Nomos or a Stowa or one of the many German watches that look so much better than this one.
They can't be making more than $2k per watch in margin because that's more than the price of the watch. Guaranteed the big brands like Rolex make more than that in profit per watch.
