J'ai connu Lily Laskine lorsque je faisais partie des choeurs d'enfants de l'Opéra de Paris dans les années 1960. Elle nous accompagnait dans le choeur final de La Damnation de Faust de Berlioz, dans le studio des choeurs car il n'y avait pas de place sur la scène. En plus d'être une merveilleuse musicienne, c'était une délicieuse petite dame qui nous offrait des chocolats.

La harpe doit beaucoup à Lily Laskine , en particulier le jeu des pédales ! Elle marquera encore de nombreuses générations de harpistes ! Je l'ai découvert dans les années 80 , alors âgée et encore nimbée de se souffle timide mais toujours présent d'une passion musicale ! Je vous dois cette passion pour ce merveilleux instrument venu du fond des âges !
