In an world of average mouthpiece buyers ranging from $20. to say $300. each at your average music store, your work must cost a fortune. I've got a rare old hard rubber clarinet mouthpiece, only markings on it is N5 and it's too close (classical) and I want the tip opened for softer reeds but I don't want to spend several hundred dollars getting it fitted when I have the world at my feet for the same or even less money. My old mouthpiece is mint condition. What would you charge to open her up for a 2 1/2 Fibercell reed?

It would be easier if you used the smaller jaws of your calipers to measure the inside width dimensions. These are the two little "ears" above your calipers digital display. I could not see them in the video but most calipers have them.
