Hi all, in the 3rd part of my series, I wanted to see what gaming handheld you could actually buy for £15 or less, and put it through it's paces. The rules are it must be brand new, and the cost of the item must be under £15 including postage. I came up with the rather dubious-looking PVP Pocket Light, and it proved to be as dodgy as it looked!
