Due to Covid19 we cannot demonstrate the reservation process in our school so as an alternative way, we are told to film ourselves and upload it here in RU-vid.
The reservation process is the first step by which the rooms are being booked before guests arrive, ensuring that the rooms are available upon the time the expected guests check-in. Of course, it is also the stage where a guest to choose their preferred hotel. Front office agents must successfully describe the hotel, its facilities, room rates and amenities to be able to sell a room.
