Love all these cards Lucy, never thought I'd be interested in doing something fiddly like this but you made it like so fun. I'll have to see what background dies I have and start thinking "outside the box" a bit for ideas. Thanks for the inspiration clever lady.
Have just purchased some die’s like these, as you are making one card another card comes to mind, love love love these type of dies. Thank you for your inspiration.
I have a few background dies that I have not used much at all. Your cards have given me lots of inspiration to get them out and use them in a more creative way. Thank you for sharing. 🦋xxx
I thought you might have added too much to the card, but when you were finished, they turned out beautiful!I never thought I would be interested in the puzzle cards until you demonstrated them. Love the sun ray one.
Another Melbourne-based crafter on RU-vid! Love it! I have only just found your channel and watched two clips so far; brilliant! You can be sure I will be watching them all over the next little while. I love your crafting style and craftsmanship; so refreshing! Keep your wonderful videos coming Lucy! 💚🇦🇺
the card at 18:24 where the white 'stacking' die cut sentiment is just sitting under the rose gold one... i really like how the white makes the shadow effect on the rose gold and helps it stand out a bit more. i love all the cards in this video! i have recently acquired quite a number of cover plates and was feeling the pressure of coming up with ideas.... thank you for helping with that! also, your video just popped up on my youtube feed. thought you would like to know that so you know that the 'likes' you are getting are helping circulate your video!
Thank you so much for your lovely comments Sheryl, I’m so happy to hear I popped up in your feed. Yes, adding the sentiment layers slightly off each other creates gorgeous shadow effects too and helps them to stand out 😁♥️♥️
You are so inspirational . I feel I should just start making a card, whenever I see what you make. My fingers are itching . Thank you so much. Coming from Adelaide . I appreciate where you get your equipment from. Thank you once again. Diane ❤🎉
I'm not usually drawn to hearts so don't usually buy anything with them, but I think I could definitely find a place for them in my storage box. All of the cards are lovely. InLoveArts is new to me so I will check them out and use your links. Thanks for always being so inspiring and demonstrating your amazing skills with your craft knife. I'll have to bandage up my fingers and practice.☺
Lucy, your voice is so pleasant to listen to. I think I might have mentioned that in my last comment, but it's worth repeating. We appreciate you! I'm new to card making, and I've learned a lot from your videos already. I am curious about the type of scissors that you use for this "fussy" cutting. I really could use a good pair.
Wow, thank you Rhonda for your sweet comments! Yes the scissors I use can be found here www.uniquelycreative.com.au/products/fussy-cutting-scissors?aff=57 - I’m so happy to hear you’re learning a lot from my videos ☺️♥️♥️
I love how you used these background dies! I have the third one and am excited to try some different things with it. Looking forward to the next video!
@@lucypatrick the website is selling knock off. I don't know about the dies you used, but the website is selling knock off from Altenew, Memory Box and Craftstash. There are multiple stamp sets from Craftstash. Altenew and Craftstash have confirmed. Unfortunately there's a lot of companies doing it. 😕
