What are you using to clean the steel plate 0:02? I think it is kind of a non-metal material to avoid the color mixture to be stuck on the plate and its wall?
Good work, but i'm wondering from what material the mold are made and how? Also, what is the exact pressure done by the hydraulic press for the operation?
Rodwill Achar Thanks so much! That's the best information I've found, and I've been looking around for three YEARS! No joke. I'm building a small 4"x4" mold that should be small enough to press with a hydraulic press that I have. Just want to see if I can do it. Do you make these tiles?
Hi my name is Moses, I'm trying to open a small scale cement tiles production in Liberia, West Africa. I will like to know the cost for the following equipment and raw materials: 1. The Crowns (12pcs different) 2. The molds (3 units) 3. Hydraulic press (1 unit) 4. Pigment ( All colors) 5. Filling funner (3 PCs) I also want to have two of my staffers get trained for at least one week. I want to start running the business by December this year.
