According to the Bavarian Purity Law, the grilled Sausages consists of Raw, Minced Pork to which Salt, Pepper and, above all, Marjoram are added. It was invented by a Butcher from Nuremberg in Upper Franconia (South Germany, Bavaria) in the Year 1573.
