Fernando Jalón, in addition to being a #bagpipe maker with an extraordinary vocation, is a researcher of popular #music and a virtuoso of Riojan bagpipes and other traditional #instruments, which have been about to fall into oblivion. With him we were able to collect in #Alberite (La Rioja) the manufacture of these bagpipes in 1999. #Documentary
