That's good work but it looks like the parts are delivered and are only assembled in that shop. Not manufactured. As with IKEA furniture, the parts are manufactured elsewhere and are then delivered for assembly.

These are mainly negative gestures. The forces of the road and forces of the crash are random. Even the biggest manufacturers go by trial and error and copy from each other. Definitely these guys have some rough idea of the bus structure and some feedback of the busses they have made before and that is enough for high safety factors involved. Do you think Henry Ford, Renault, Peugeot, VW, Audi, Bugatti ...had computer analysis before making the structures which could reach up to 200KMH?
