The addition of don't touch the reins to the signs is seen as a challenge now .Most people just ignore the guard ,or laugh when told off

the woman towards the end keeps holding onto the reins and when told by by standbys not to touch the reins she responds I know I know so why do it?

🤦‍♀ I love how when one of the horses licks their palms, everyone thinks the horse loves them, when it reality, it is simply looking for a treat! 11:28 - This is when the guard needs to use his outside voice, or his horse, as an exclamation mark! It's the only thing these tourists respond to.

"I know" but you did it anyways. The guard should have yelled at you and have Radford(?) bump you. She wasn't oblivious she knew she was wrong. Disrespectful, rude and just awful behavior for someone at that age should know better.

Gosh I think the kings guards and police must be so sick of tourists with mobile phones taking photos and ridiculous posing and rude manners. Absolutely nuisances….

I've come to the conclusion that either people cant read or that they have no idea what REINS are. If they have never been near a horse, they probably have no idea what REINS are even for. If they really know nothing, then they really ought not to near a horse until they learn. Ignorance isn't bliss, it's dangerous.

I don't know what language that was to the man & boy but I betcha they said, don't touch the reins! 😅

I some times wonder if they touch the reins on purpose to get a reaction. Also the guards in the arch way saying things to them offensive. The tourists need to learn respect to guards and horses. You cannot stand to close to the horses so unpredictable. Best guards and horses in the world. Show respect. The guards deal with it very well but it must affect there stress levels. Send the stupid tourists to the tower of London
