My last comment got taken down... so im making this one brief. Basically his code is perfect! I too got the issue where i could only see the background but all you need to do is downgrade your nodejs version as I was using v18.12.1 and that wasnt compatable with some modules. I downgraded to 14.17.0 and it works fine! So to do this download nvm online, then in the terminal nvm install 14.17.0 and nvm use 14.17.0, then cd into your directory and remove node_modules and then run npm install.. run nppm start then and it should work!
It seems that Switch has been replaced by Routes in the newer version of react-router-dom so I tried replacing it but it gives me another error saying "You cannot render a inside another ". Any ideas on what might help resolve this issue?
Alright everyone struggling with the form not appearing in React 6 despite changing to . After a few hours it seems that I (by mistake) found a solution: In the App.js file it should be . The only difference with the video and the github (as of 31/07/2023) is the capital C. Yep that's it. I hope it will work for everyone. On the other hand for in another just get rid of in the App.js file as it seems it is already included in the index.js file therefore becoming redondant. I'm still a beginner though I hope it won't unfold in trouble later on the project. Have a good day !
