Wei got his hands on the USD 1.88 million, 150-piece limited edition Richard Mille UP-01 Ferrari. Wei shares how the brand had to rethink mechanical watchmaking techniques and components, in order to break the record for world's thinnest watch.
This ultra-thin timepiece might be 1.75mm thin, but it can withstand accelerations of over 5,000 g’s and packs 45 hours of power reserve.
It features a baseplate and bridges crafted of grade 5 titanium, a biocompatible, rigid and corrosion-resistant alloy, and is the result of numerous prototypes and more than 6,000 hours of development and laboratory testing.

Hi Wei, I love your content, but you got to up your game on video/audio quality. The sound is muffled, video is jittery. And it`s 2022, 4k can be had on any flagship phone. I am sure your viewership will do a lot better if you solve these issue. Keep up the good work you already have here with the content, just clear those basic technical hurdles. I appreciate the technical effort. Somehow it just not pleasing to the eyes especially on the wrist just look like a flat piece of metal that is extremely thin. I’m still much more drawn towards the octo finissimo looks and design that Bvlgari had.

This is a super interesting video but it would really be better for you to do still shots when you’re showing the watch. Anytime you tried to show the Watch or the camera zoomed in you were shaking and the person using the camera was shaking and you couldn’t really see anything.

RM is not my thing, but I do appreciate the video, the information and the enthusiasm. Don't read on if you don't want constructive criticism beyond that..... That all said: Please get a manicure. Or better yet, just put the watch on a tray with a tripod mounted camera. It's constantly popping in and out of focus, and the bad nail is just unseemly on a 27" screen. Not something I enjoy looking at.

This is my first "hateful" comment on YT... But I must say, if this "watch" as expectedly sells out in a flash, it proves to me (once again) that there most likely is at least 150 individuals around the world with $1.88 mil USD too much in their bank account that they have no sensible use for and thinks they have great taste in watches... smh very hard...

nice video and it is a cool watch... BUT it is too thin, all these "thin" watches are too thin. They lose integral strength and look too thin. There's a point where sheep follow sheep. It is was just a little thicker it could be automatic or even a Chronograph, it would look so much better... IT IS TOO THIN with a damned velcro strap.
