I can't get my box to work with Google Assistant either. I've tried several times and couldn't get it to work, so I just open the app on my phone and click the power button. I'm using a lower model, not the "D" - but it's suitable for my needs as a podcaster/radio host. Having the flashing "ON AIR" light outside the door lets people know not to come in and that's its sole purpose.

I actually have an internet radio station and I use it for that. I worked in real world radio for over a decade.

So I can't find a 2nd review?? did it not get better? or have you just gotten so use to it that you didn't do a follow up? I'm thinking of getting one but want to make sure its worth the money (especially since there is a long wait still, saying they can't get chips or that they are so back logged it still takes months to get one out?? feel like I should forget it but wondering if you still like or dislike it? Thanks :)

We've been swamped with other reviews and we never followed up. Unfortunately it's main disappointment is the battery life and the constant need to remove the frame to charge. It sits on my wall but I don't use it much if at all anymore.
