Hands-on with the Fibe TV app 

Thanks Marc. Just switching to Bell from Rogers and was excited about the Fibe Tv app, however disappointed to see that there's no Roku support for Fibe Tv. Seems like a weird oversight.

Can I install the Fibe Tv on smart Tv?

I have bell fibe and use the app on my I pad . I got an and I pad for my wife and tried to find the bell fibe app in the App Store but nothing comes up in the App Store when I put in bell or bell fibe ? Any thoughts

You don't have access to the app outside of Canada.

:)),,, now do you have to have a tv package was well as the internet or can you just have bell internet and download the app and have it work like that ?

Can I manage my tv channels away from home with Fibe?

Hi. How are you? I'm very disappointed with this app. This app is to watch TV, however I can only watch it on a smart phone or tablet. Not sure I want to spend money for an apple TV device just to not use it enough. I recently received a message that now the alt TV app allows you to cast to a smart TV. When I opened the app I see the icon to cast but I'm unable to do so. I have a Samsung table, phone and a a smart Sharp Roku TV. Do you know how to use this feature? Not for use with my brands?

can you watch your recorded shows without wifi

Marc Saltzman, in the Fibe TV App, does watching shows for channels in On Demand pay you for extra automatically?

Also, is watching and or recording shows on similar or different channels in Guide actually free or not? Just checking.

Hey Marc, I've read that you can use it on your apple TV and google chromecast. For the chromecast I've used it once a year ago at my brothers place who had it on his projector (chromecast) but I've bought the chromecast ultra and now it wont work to cast it to my TV. I'm wondering is there anyway to cast it to your TV without having to buy apple TV?

does anyone have a copy of channel 1218 before removal? it's a lost channel that had every guide to set up your tv set in 1 video

Marc I’m thinking about the Bell app on the fire stick for use as an extra receiver ....that way I can move it around from tv to tv ....that would work wouldn’t it ?

I added a new android tv box for the bedroom,and installed the fibe app but all I get is the bell logo screen any ideas how to fix this?

Best thing to do is buy Amazon Firestick for your secondary TVs. They're inexpensive, and the FibeTV app works very well on it, no need to rent a receiver for all your TVs, you can just have the main 4K PVR in your living room and use Firesticks for your other TVs (or you can subscribe to Alt TV instead and use all Firesticks, although you won't have access to the PVR functionality)

How do you watch recordings from my pvr on the app on my devices? I can see the recordings but the only options are setting and delete. Setting just shows me the options to either keep the recording until... or delete it. Please let me know if there is a trick to watch them on my phone or ipad. Thanks.

Marc, your video is out of date. You cannot use an Apple TV to watch content as Bell has protected most, if not all content. And now you can't even cast from iphone to apple tv. That's not allowed either. Bell sucks......they always find a way.

How to you fast forward or rewind back in movie. The user interface of this app is awful and clunky The search functions are primitive and you rarely find what you're looking for. You can't move around the screens easily and despite there being supposedly lots of content you spend an eternity trying to find them. No wonder Netflix won't be unseated. So easy to use. Know many people that have tried Crave and given up eventually.
