HOW TO WARM UP AND DEVELOP THE HANDSTAND WALK
To train a handstand walk, you should first build a strong foundation in handstands and handstand push-ups. This can include practicing holding a handstand against a wall, working on your handstand push-ups, and gradually building up your strength and balance. Once you have a solid foundation, you can begin practicing walking by kicking up into a handstand and then taking small, controlled steps while keeping your body in a straight line. It’s also important to practice with a spotter or in an area with adequate padding in case of falls. Consistency and progression in your training is key.
