Forced myself out for a walk after noticing I was feeling the effects of cabin fever & hibernation was imminent. Took a walk, sung badly, quick trip to Tesco & felt much better for getting out of the house. Hope this motivates you to do the same 😁

Gotta ask, where are your dogs when you in the car? They are so quiet & you never see them. I know they are little dogs but surely the glove box isn't big enough. Joking. 😆

Haha, they're actually in the boot and if you look carefully you can just see my little fella bobbing up and down as he stands on his hind legs to look out. Obviously my chihuahua hasn't got a clue where we are but between you and me she's a bit of a dumb blonde and couldn't really care less lol PS Hope you're doing ok

Carolina Braidy Bird - I'm only just going to bed. Had a good day today & spent the night listening to old skool dance tunes while looking at my laptop. Had a bad day yesterday, didn't even get out of bed. Sorry to hear your ex sent that message. As hard as it is, especially now late at night, try to put it out of your head. It's been sent, it can't be changed. Try to relax & deal with it, if you even want to reply, in the morning, when you've had time to look back on it after some sleep. Thoughts are with you as I know all too well what it's like to have things going throu your mind when you trying to sleep.

Hey there! I'm not exactly active active but trying my best to not just sit at my desk all day. I'm still taking both meds but have actually tapered down on the pregabalin to half my dose!! Update coming in my next video (should be up tomorrow) explaining all. x

Hey there. Glad you enjoying vibing through the vid with me lol I'm still taking Pregabalin but I have tapered down to 75mg!! I'll be explaining everything in my next video which should be up tomorrow. Hope you find it useful/interesting
