I believe that is exactly what will happen at the first game. Coach Prime likes to motivate the guys with tangibles...things or people they can touch. This is why he brings celebrity fb players....rappers...into the locker They are going to give Cordell a title...and Denver will erupt with pride and approval...one of their own.
Working hard at all times, the season feels far far away, but within a few blinks of a few eyes, summer workouts will happen, gelling & September 1st will be upon us with guys nervous & happy to see what the hard training was so hard for. Texas or TCU is coming too…..
1- good to have competition 'tween Mata n' Feely (in case one gets injured, and the way I see it frame-wise, Mata kicks fg's under 45, Feely longer ones). 2- hope special team's working on trick plays, onsides kicks n' fake punts, tho of course they won't be on cam). 3- excellent to see Mitch Berger there! as legit as can be, just like Mason Crosby!)
Just my opinion, but Feely looks as though he's tense and in his head a lot about his rhythm (steps)? He's got a great leg - just needs to get more comfortable and relax.
White Men Can't Jump... I think you mean the original with Wesley and Woody? (since Woody wears a similar multi-colored hat). I've not seen the recent remake but plan to asap!
@@saviannugent8823 It also depends on how much power they have. Trajectory, timing, ect. Need to be able to kick it over the guys trying to block it. The pros make it look easy I remember Deestroying had a kicking coach give him a drill that was one step and had to clear the crossbar on a soccer goal from like a few yards away or something crazy. He had the power but needed to work on his trajectory and consistency to get to an NFL level.
@@tbuff91 this isn’t about timing nor height from Mata. Go back and watch the game and you will see the O-Line straight let them in down the middle. As a kicker, you can’t do nothing wasnt Maya’s fault. Feely on the other hand, he’s struggled from what we’ve seen and not consistent at all. Hence, why he transferred from ASU… although he claims he was way better than the kickers at ASU.
@@J39KickingTv I could see the line being an issue but the kicking game still has me worried. Hopefully Mata proves me wrong but at CU there is no reason we shouldn't have another Mason Crosby. If Mata is the guy that's great but the bar has been set.

He definitely has the distance just not accurate. The 247sports and other so call ranking firms are a joke. Feeley got that high ranking because of who his father is. His father played in the league
