Better help allegedly broke its privacy promises with customers and share their personal health information to Facebook, Snapchat, and other third-party Advertising platforms. Two class action lawsuits have been filed against better help. DO NOT USE THEM
This is not the only thing they’ve done that’s extremely problematic, but we point it out in the comments every single time and they don’t care. The whole tmg and all affiliated acts continue to promote betterhelp (and more problematic/questionable sponsors as well). It’s very disappointing
Better Help must be making bank off of selling all this information because they sponsor so many people that are otherwise pretty unproblematic they gotta be paying them just an ungodly amount of money.
The ice cream alone thing is just like why is it embarrassing to cross the street. or why is it embarrassing to turn around when you reach the end of your walk. like it’s just exposed lmao idk but I get it.
I'm a woman and my version of the Roman empire is the robot uprising. I am also interested he LGBTQ+ community and think about equity. One can think about more than 1 thing regularly. It's insane
it's gotten to that point where EVERYDAY I learn about some stupid random viral trend on tiktok that has already peaked and been run to the ground yet I know nothing about it , tiktok is such a paradox
The Romans colonized England, and when the Roman Empire collapsed, all of the infrastructure just turned into ruins and then the dark ages/medieval times happened and literally all of that technology was lost. There are records of English peasants being so sad looking at the ruins just unable to understand the high tech stuff because they didn’t have baths, plumbing, etc. anymore
I get it was a joke but I had to click out after the laughing at the fire like I get the clip was funny and it’s ok to joke about but they didn’t say anything about the 10 peoples lives that were lost? And how their families must feel that their loved ones were lost? Idk it made me sad. Maybe im sensitive about it because my brothers a firefighter but
i actually don't hate it. i secretly love it. i am fully aware i'm supposed to hate it and i did go ahead and like your comment. but i am just a tomboyish lesbian looking for attention and it's cold out here. hun babe sweetheart call me whatever you want in my head we're married idc if ur 105 years old
oh my god the Squishy part had me spit out my food I was eating. I watched that part at least 19 times. "Squishy this isn't what I need from you right now." I'm sorry Brooke is hilarious
As a Canadian, buddy is one of our most versatile words. It’s super common to refer to your friends as your buddies, however “hey fuck you buddy” is also valid
y’all are the podcast i listen to in the morning to remember how to talk to people. before this i just had to try 3 times to send a snapchat voice message that didn’t make me sound like a crazy person. ty
as an airplane mechanic, Connor saying that hes afraid of the airplane wing breaking, while I am currently at my job, building a 777 planes wing, i promise to do my best connor and keep u safe ✊🏼
The reaction to the pirate video is a perfect example of the left eating itself. Don’t get me wrong the struggles those commenters brought up are very valid, but to imply that Connor (and potentially Brooke) don’t care about those issues is in bad faith. Sure we may not get it all right all the time, but we need to incorporate kindess into those learning moments. ☮️ and ❤ everybody!
People online can be just insufferable and I've been meaning to take a break. Like with everything having to be taken negatively like the pirate thing.
I swear you guys have talked about the jello theory before because I think the pod was the first place I heard about it and I would listen to that episode on planes
After getting a history degree I really try not to be that GUY it just feels so weird that people don’t know history idk. I know most people don’t use it and it’s not required to know after school ends but really anytime I’m listening to ANY podcast and I’m laughing along and they just say the most historically inaccurate or some silly take like “who cares about this stuff” I’m sitting in my archive job listening to it like 😔😕 totally no offense like idk how to be a comedian or influencer so to each their own!
One of the things that I’ll never ever understand is why people literally get upset when something they see doesn’t include them. Especially when it involves inclusivity for others. like a campaign picture with a lot of POC or someone that is disabled, how is it so mine boggling that they ALSO wear the same clothes you do. It’s almost like they are people 🤯. Or something as controversial as same sex marriage, omg you’re straight? good for you, but how does people loving who they want affect you in ANYWAY shape or form ?!
