Brother Hank. I am ok It is an unusual day. It's extremely quiet. The sun is out. It may rain later this wk. That is really unusual for her. I started my usual day but finally had to get a light blanket and go back to bed. I dreamed all morning but it was mostly snippets. I was told there will be a series of terrorist attacks on West Coast water supply in November 2024. My grandson in the army is sick and working in Washington state. He is angry. I was told don't try to meditate today sleep and rest and drink Gatorade not water today. It was something about nourishing my body more carefullyI feel I m kind of in a walking meditation.
