This is really great! The snare rolls were really well done. If there would be anything to work on it would be your hi-hat. It could be tighter and more crisp like Blakey's. Anyways, Great work man!
Cool lesson! I was going to ask you about Arts famous ruff sticking at about 7seconds in. Is it just four hits total each direction like 1 rack tom hit, 2 snare hits and 1 floor tom and then reverse the order? When I listen to and even watch Art do it I’d swear there was an extra hit or three in that phrase lol. Edit: looks like you do 3 snare hits and either 1 floor tom hit or 1 on the rack tom. I’m confused as usual. Thanks!
