Another masterpiece by Hank Williams. Great reaction, thanks. Keep in mind that, in those days, medicine wasn't as advanced as it is today and infant deaths were more common. Don, I won't tell you what this song is about, but, I think you should check out "While He Still Knows Who I Am" by Kenny Chesney

This is an extremely sad song, and it gets you with the experiences of these people. Hank Williams Sr. is one of the founding fathers of country music. My dad, who will be 94 this year, remembers his music from long ago. We are getting a very cold Arctic blast up here in Alberta, so winter has really arrived. The saddest song I ever heard is "one more year of daddy's little girl" by Dr. Hook which is about his little girl that passed away. Take a listen to that Don

Made me think of what nearly happened to me. Lost mom two hours after I turned 19, one month later almost lost my dad to a massive heart attack. He said he nearly willed himself to die but the thought of me being left alone, losing them both so close brought him back and he regained the will to fight it
