@@RealgolfWD yes Wayne in January, I'm going to enter the seniors staysure tour , 55 april so unfortunately I'm old enough to enter lol , so I thought why not do a channel of me practicing and preparing for tournament s and a little bit of how I practice...
And ongoing to do it with 90% golf clubs which our over 12 years old, just to prove you dont need to spend thousands on golf gear to achieve things in golf , I'm now playing off 1 handicap, with Cleveland hibore driver and 3 wood titleist 975 5 wood , maxfli a10 tour limited irons which I have had from new and our still in great condition, well it's worth ago what's the worst that can happen , at least I'll try m8 hey lol lol 👍👍
Proper course, especially when set up for some of the decent amateur events it hosts. Play it off the purple tees, greens double cut & rolled, pins in awkward spots. I'd say it's a step up from Camberley. If youve not played them, try Woking, Worplesdon, West Hill and St George's Hill.
Yeah. It's the next level up from Camberley for sure... I think it's gone on leaps and bounds too. The fact it's in such good condition all year round. So impressive. I do wanna play it again it's just the green fees scare me off when there is still so many others to play. We've done worplesdon and west hill... Still to do Woking though. So many good courses up there. Swinley was ace too. Would love to play that in peak condition. We played there in the winter
@@RealgolfWD ... yep, this is why I tend to just play this level of course in either a men's open, or as a member's guest. I can just about justify the open comp costs. Around a oner for two rounds, well fed, plus prizes (for other golfers 😃).
