Glad to hear. I'm very pleased with it. Remember there is a huge price hike when u start to move past this model to the more serious extreme altitude models of theirs.
Looks very similar to my Salewa Colorado except the top pole is inside the rain cover. And the Colorado is a 3 person Tent and round about 15 years old. Like this system because it is easy to setup.
Right, yeah, I have some very old hiking poles from Salewa and actually was using them today in the mountains. They used to make some good gear but I haven't purchased anything from them for some years and some people tell me they are not as good as they used to be, although i don't know this for sure, as i said I haven't purchased any Salewa gear for like 15 years LOL but my hiking poles are excellent and really have taken a beating around the globe! Just bought the Hannah Covert 3 in orange £97.00 brand new on line brand new . On their own site it’s £319.00 . I done me research and the specification on this tent is amazing , thanks for your review it helped me a lot .
Hey there, I just have the same one, but to be honest, I found it at a recycle days at a street... but all parts it has and it s in a pretty fine condition, except one; the waterproof bottom canvas got a little sticky by itself... did you found some similar issue with yours?

With two adults in the tent and the outer vents open, no. with two adults in the tent and the outer vents closed, no. Both examples the inner mesh screen covers were also closed. The tent has just the right amount of air flow and can be regulated in various ways. I quote examples from both summer camping and winter camping (snow).
Good to hear. yeah I own two other tents, on MSR which is not good at all and ,y oldest tent, an original Wild Country Voyager, which is bombproof and been pitched everywhere around the globe. I very much like my hannah though and whilst not as pricey as the Voyager, it's a damn good tent. Thanks for watching!
yes I looked far and wide for a decent tent not having to cost the earth. I already own one of those and it's seen hell and back from high altitude to the tropics but it's in another country on the other side of the planet to where i am right now and I wanted something not full of mesh but with good breathability and yet good in very cold weather up to light snow etc. I bought an MSR and it was terrible- ok well stitched but terrible in bad weather. I looked at many many brands then came across this Czech brand. They seem to be well designed and I checked it out in the store several times, I think the staff were very patient with me LOL. Where I'm camping these days is in a mountainous area and it's just got to be stable in high wind and poor conditions. Whilst we only experienced light to moderate winds and no rain, I'm sure it can handle much much worse weather. The cost was well below that of my Wild Country expedition tent, but then again, it is made totally from ripstop nylon, whereas the Covert 2 has only a fly which is ripstop nylon and the inner isn't. It's warrantied for 2 years so I'll give it a bashing and see how the stitching holds out. It looks to be stitched together ok. Certainly it's easy and quick to erect and has many adjustable features which really add functionality to it rather than some stupid gimmicks. BTW are hannah available in Canada?
