When the show started, it was so innocent. Now it’s just toxic. People should learn from the OGs. The grass isn’t always greener. Tbh, I would never take my child to Abby, not for Dancemoms fame. Not for anything.
Exactly!! All of these moms are so fame hungry that they are willing to sacrifice their children's mental stability for a paycheck and some exposure. Pretty disgusting if you ask me
I feel like the producers thought no one would watch so they made the kind cause extra unnecessary drama and it backfired on them I feel like they may calm down for season 9 because they realise that all this drama isn’t rlly working
Le Val you do know you could still take your child to Abby’s dance studio and they can dance? She still has regular classes. The tv show is a whole other thing
I love Brady he cares about every one Examples: When Gia beat him, he said that she deserved to win He says he will always be there for Sarah And he was the first to notice Hannah was upset.
she's a pretty dancer but she has no fight. At that age you should be able to do solos in different styles. I mean Abby told her to be scary in her Hannabal dance and she looked all sweet and pretty. Even though PRessly isn't the best she has fight
i feel like all these kids are goin through it the drama this season has been through the roof and it’s sad seeing them struggle because of things going on around them
Struggle is part of life. How you handle it is what shapes you as a person. Hannah has a great attitude. She's disappointed but she's going to move forward by doing her best in group dances and improving so she will have a better shot at a solo next year. That's what is interesting about this show is what these talented and passionate kids trying to achieve their dreams. But what production is doing to Sarah is heartbreaking to watch. Why they felt the need to take that far baffles me.
Who noticed that since Lilly and Pressley got their ALDC jackets Pressley is the only one who wears it I never saw Lilly wear it she wears other jackets
Because Lilly probably doesn’t care about the jacket and she knows that she’s good without it. Ashley thinks that their so much better because they have one and Stacey isn’t forcing her to were it. Ashley probably does
It bothers me that Hannah was not given a second chance like Presley, her only hannibal was not good at all, it is very unfair that Abby treats her as if she were not good when she really is very good
to be honset hannah has gotten lot of other chances she has gotton five solos to prove her self so she shouldnt complain sarah should be getting the secong chance because she has been punished just because of what here mom did
I feel like if Abby gave Hannah more lyrical/contemporary numbers she would of done so much better! i get that abby wants to challenge her but, i remember Hannah's solo The Last Unicorn placed 2nd and that was more her style. so if there is another season of dance moms and hannah is on it i really hope she is given contemporary/lyrical solos
I really miss the old girls. If one of the girls were crying another one of the girls will comfort them but these kids don’t do that and it just seems weird
Emily Smith what are you talking about?? They always comfort each other. Literally, a while ago, they all went to hug Sarah before she left. You can’t tell me every single time one of the old girls cried, someone always went to comfort her
Cloudrazor I’m sure they didn’t every time but there are way more moments of them comforting each other. I know the og girls have been friends for a while and that’s probably why. I can only really remember Gianina comforting Sarah when Stacy and Ashely are screaming at Michelle for no reason
Emily Smith there are way more moments probably because they are waaay more seasons. You’re comparing 7 seasons of the OG to 1 season here. And there’s definitely more moments of comfort than what you mentioned. In fact earlier in the season I actually complained about how often they feel the need to all hug each other
Maybe she's being kind and not getting her hopes up. She said that a few seasons earlier that Mackenzzie had no chance given she'd gone up an age division. This is the real world where there are winners and losers
You can say that's the real world all you want but that's in no way being kind. Not everyone got a solo but only Hannah was singled out. Had she found out with everyone else, she may still have been upset but likely not as much because she wouldn't be the only one told that she wouldn't get one, how you think this is letting her down gently or trying to spare her for disappointment is beyond me.
Its sad to see hannah cry, she's come a long way since the start. now shes not afraid to show her emotions to the team and shes starting to speak up more without Ann. good for her
Mayah's World tbh she doesn’t and she snd her mom need to go just like lilly and stacy. I feel like someone needs to drive stacy out of the studio and off this show
I feel bad for Hannah, she is so much better than what was shown on dance moms, she really deserved a second chance, whether it was for nationals or an extra solo or two
Gia: well Abby got a second chance at life so it wouldn’t be fair if she didn’t give anyone else a second chance But Hannah and Sarah basically never gets a second chance
So the moms were attacking Hannah for not winning even once and having had the most solos, but Pressley, who's also had a lot of solos, never won either? I'm not sending hate towards Pressley, just saying that they shouldn't have attacked anybody. Also notice how similar Hannah and Presley were treated about their weaknesses... hannah's face was covered twice and Pressley's legs would have been covered if her mom didn't change the costume
I feel like Pressley had more grit and determination though to overcome those things. Pressley didn't bat an eyelid the first time Abby talked about her legs being out of condition but only started crying when her mother pulled her out of the dance. And then she goes and works on her flexibility. Whereas Hannah runs to mommy when Abby just asks her what tricks she can do or the sake of choreography purposes and hasn't shown much improvement. Pressley is a bit like Payton and Abby loved Payton. Maybe not the most technically talented dancer out there but she has a will to succeed. Hannah is more like a Paige- could be very talented but lacks the inner strength and desire to make it work. But at least Paige had a great performance quality when she tried.
Honestly watching this you can see how the show ruined Lilly. She used to be this cute, little dancer who was friendly to everyone. She still is very kind and funny, but she doesn’t help her friends when they’re sad. She sits and watches them. She’s there to dance and dance only, not to be a part of a team anymore. Also, I don’t think Hannah just deserved a second chance to dance. She deserved that AND a second chance to be accepted by the team.
