I love how just about every character has made peace and is just numb to the fact they've all been eating people for God knows how long

The crazy thing about Hannibal is that he is so clever with his cooking, he makes people unwillingly commit cannibalism and they never realize it.

This was a great show; The visuals, and the analysis of mental health along with the tone of the show were just great

Well, the season 1-3 food compilation just convinced me to start watching the show.

This show was so brilliant! Perfect tv series! Had it been on HBO or Hulu etc.... it could have lasted longer but we got three amazing seasons. Horror/Drama/Comedy and Art all rolled into one perfect script with the perfect cast. Mads should have won an Emmy or Golden Globe for playing Hannibal and Gillian Anderson as Bedelia for supporting actress. This and Penny Dreadful are how horror drama series are supposed to be. Punch Romaine scene had be laughing so hard when I first watched it. Great video!

Cordell is a bit of a pretentious one, Hannibal sort of straddles the line between taste and excess himself but Cordell just powers right through.

I think one story justification to the reason why Mason remained mutilated in his fantasy is because ultimately the experience did provide him (and a few dogs) a new flavour, himself. He would rather retain that experience then lose it. Much like the German who advertised for a friend and overcooked him, he was committed, so he has to follow through even in his fantasy.

The wine scene is so intimate and so seductive and so sexy. Hannibal truly enjoys all of Will, but then Will tries too hard and Hannibal knows that Will is trying. That little look Hannibal gives him before he turns away to pour his wine. He’d hoped that this would be something more but then Will goes too hard and the moment is broken. I understand why Hugh Dancy said he thought the relationship was platonic S1-S2, he’s manipulating Hannibal as much as Hannibal manipulates him but S3 he seems to struggle. Their love and connection transcends sexuality….when Will is making the comparison about a cow he’s presenting himself to Hannibal “hey, let’s talk about how much you want to eat me” but then the real world sets in. I think that’s what plays into Hannibal’s look. I’ve done that with my husband, we’re being all coy and flirtatious but then a stray thought or comment can shatter the mood as easily as the bottle Hannibal is holding. Fuck! I love how deep this show makes me think!!

Madds Mikelsen is a more believable serial killer than Anthony Hopkins. Hopkin's Hannibal always looks deranged and salivating over someone's liver. If he was in a room with you, hed probably freak you out. Mikkelsen's Hannibal is more subtle and charming. So charming you'd find it hard to resist a dinner invitation from him, and that is how you end up being in his freezer the next day.

I love how overall season 3 got a whole lot juicier with far meatier content 😜 And regardless of Hannibal’s inhumane ways, his unquenchable thirst for sophistication is quite intriguing.

I feel more bad for dolerhyde in the book dudes past is tough as hell.

I like Mason and Cordell’s relationship in this series cuz it’s closer to the relationship in the book. They’re both sadists who don’t blink at the idea of what they’re planning. There’s a kinship here that doesn’t involve power and control like in the Red Dragon movie.

That deleted scene with Abigail is nice, but it's good it was deleted. It doesn't fit with her upstairs crying, scared, and apologetic when Lana stumbles onto her. She's clearly a coconspirator with Hannibal in the deleted scene. She seems more forced/controlled/imprisoned in the broadcast reveal.
