I recently stayed at the Authentic Hotel which is nearby yours, yeah got the same experience with the internet. I stayed at Authentic Hotel every time I visit Hanoi and I have stayed at the windowless rooms all the way to the rooftop suites, of course you get what you pay for. Pretty much what you described at Bendecir hotel is similar to Authentic Hotel though I think Authentic's dining area for breakfast are bigger.

You paid 50 dollars a night a room with big breakfast Like that in London is 50 quid but no breakfast no free food
