The last few days I have again been obsessed with this song, this band and Michael Monroe. Just the hottest talent that really brings me back to a place when i need it.
Ya when I first heard this I couldn’t stop listening to it I remember driving to alaska highway listening to this and love kills from Vinnie Vincent invaison
Yeah Axl had a rough upbringing, feel real sorry for him because of that... Nobody deserves to be treated so badly........ I agree both bands are fantastic but Hanoi were something else that i can't put my finger on... Peace dude!! :)
Oh My God.. My aunt worked in a shop (tiimari) in Salo ( a city in finland) and when mike went there back in the 90's, my aunt thought he was a shoplifter. Sad :D
@IzzyStorm1996 Ok. Both may have been drunk, yes, but there is no excuse for killing someone. He seems to like to drive people to death because he has not learned not to drive drunk after the "accident" My relative was also killed by a drunk driver by "accident" (bad english, google translation) Anyway, Michael Monroe was wonderful at Debaser.
This might be about Angela but Million miles away is about their ex-drummer Razzle, so I´ve heard, please tell me if I´m wrong about this. Btw Andy is playing so shitly in this versions intro comparing to that Marquee live lp version, that was really great to listen beautiful intro.
these dudes, if they werent from Finland they would have made it big like GNR, in fact they were ahead of GNR, almost seems like GNR copied Hanoi Rocks all the way.
@Phaellos you know the funny thing? I once heard Slash telling the story how he ended up with this hat on a show & that was clearly different!!! Jises showbis :p
seems like Slash copied his "Hat Style" from this Guitarist here!!! No wonder as just today a Finnish guy was telling me that GnR were influenced by them..
Actually dude, Axl was used sexually and got kicked out of the house because he had long hair. He wasn't treated well while he lived at home either. So all your so-called "theories" are just bullshit. They're both amazing bands. The reason why Izzy left was because he didnt want to perform and become famous, he just wanted to write music and leave peacefully ith his family
@IzzyStorm1996 Sorry but I hate Vince Neil too much to be able to listen to Mötley and I don't remember how they sound... I had a relative who was killed by a drunk driver and it was an accident too but of course I hate even the person who did it..
Great song, great performance - but Mike is very obviously malnourished. A six feet tall lad at the weight of 110 lbs is not "immaculate", especially when considering how athletic he was two years before. He was anorectic, he has admitted it himself, and the band was cracking up.
