Not just those '80s glam/hair metal in US, but it seems like they were also the predecessor of the whole jrock/visual kei movements in Japan. That's how inspiring Hanoi Rocks was. One of the most underrated band in history.
Indeed! I am very big fan of Japanese visual rock and also as a Finnish person I have known Hanoi Rocks for a long time. But couple of years ago, I researched and noticed that Hanoi Rocks had an influence to Japanese visual kei and my mind was blown away!
I love this band. Very underrated and only the real ones know what's up with this! It's so awesome that they will be coming out with a reissue of this album on cassette soon!!
How I can find original source of this video? What Japan TV-program is this? What is it called in English? Need to know. I truly appreciate if someone help me.
Damn riight, hey Dee Dee offered his song Under the Northen Lights to Mike Monroe, did he make it? Of cource Ramones affected Hanoi, but were more beautiful, like Runaways in fact
Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaah !!! I lost my home keys buried in the sand and someone robbed my carpet and the food was so expensive !!! But is a nice place tu fullfilled your body with tons of sand grains !!!! Salud y Vida Pa'lante !!! Cheers and Life On !!!
I think it's early 84 because they are still promoting 'All Those Wasted Years' - shortly before they started recording 'Two Steps From the Move' in March. They returned to Japan later that year after the album's release in August. Razzle lost his life in December.
Yeah! It surely is a big shame! That they didnt get big! Then again! Its Hard because they werent from THE states! Then that awful horribel car crash! Thanks to Vince Neil of Motley Crüe! That was THE worst!
