Michael Monroe's 60th Birthday Bash was more exuberating experience than I could have imagined. This was my first trip to Finland as well. His concert was also my first to see him play live and with everyone he has played with through his career.WoW what a show. I will be back in Finland this September/October to see his Documentary Open and to see Demolition 23 in action. I can't wait.!! I love the whole atmosphere of Finland and Michael Monroe shows. As I sit in a friend of mine house that I lived in when I was 14 yrs old listening to these songs I can see myself dancing, singing, and writing my Rock pen pal in Finland brings back some of the best memories of my adolescence. ❤️🔥❤️🔥🔥🔥✌️❤️😊💯💪🎆🎇

I love these cats & their goofy hats. If there were ever anything approaching a perfect hard rock & roll band, Michael, Sammy, Andy & Nasty would be it. RIP Razz❤ Love from NYC, thanks for posting brother!!
If there is one gig, I wish I could have attended in recent years it would have been this one. They still sound fresh after 40 years and could easily have cashed in by announcing a 'world tour' on the interest generated before and after this show. However, you have to respect their integrity for this being a pure 'one off.'
I wish I had 2 more hands so I could give this 4 thumbs up. This edit is almost as great as a pro-shot release. Thank you so much for your brilliant hard work. Amazing show.
I can’t Believe this as I had a sudden Nostalgic Craving for Hanoi Rocks and I found this!! Amazing! TWO STEPS FROMTHE MOVE Is Such A GREAT ALBUM AND AHEAD OF ITS TIME. I went through a period of being a really heavy Michael Monroe and Hanoi Rocks fan for a few years back in the mid 80s Now listening to that album just today October 25th 2022 The Album sounds Great That album Two Steps from the move “ That Album was way ahead of its time And still could be relevant today if people caught on to it Maybe it is alot more popular than I realize I’m gonna do some research on the entire band as now I can appreciate what a great band Hanoi Rocks really was
That's awesome that you went!! Very jealous. Did you have to travel far or do you live near Helsinki. I'm in Los Angeles and I considered it but couldn't make it happen.
Люк, огромное спасибо, что дал возможность это посмотреть! Лет 10 назад я их слушала очень часто, потом забыла. И вот сегодня такой праздник! Спасибо! Россия с вами!❤❤❤❤❤
Fantastisk edit... And there's actually more rock in Hanoi these days than Guns and Roses motley and lots of other old bands, wish they would do more shows, definitely kicks ass
@@LukeTierneyMusic Sure, mate! Just watched the first song and it was really great to watch, can't wait to open a cold one and wattch the entire thing with some buddies! Love how you even found (created?) some close shots of Gyp (!!) and that you cared enough to use them, that added a real nice touch to it! And so great that you also thanked the YT users who shot this and shared with us! THIS FUCKING ROCKS!
Magistral ! El Rock no tiene edad, no hay barrera intergeneracional que nos separe. Es la cultura y energía que llena nuestras vidas. Gracias por seguir aquí con nosotr@s. Una sonrisa a vuestros corazones. Hanoi Rocks ! Venid a Barcelona ! Punks - k.a (A) Mariano
@@LukeTierneyMusic Yep, after the announcement (of the original lineup playing), the gig sold out quickly. They could (and should) have played another gig with only this lineup, and it would have been a sold out show as well…✌️
Amazing!!!! thanks for editing this together ... I recognize the name too, - Fizzy Bangers guitarist , back in the good 'ol days of the Hollywood music scene. We played some shows on the same bill at the Coconut Teaszer, and The Whisky if I remember correctly ... ;)
Sadly I only saw them once London 1982 they were first band on a 5 band bill with the Meteors, Sex Gang Children, Screaming Lord Sutch & the Savages, the Adicts.
Thanks so much for this!! As I watch this, all i can think of is all the Current acts(Poison) that ripped off their stage presence/persona ....and of course, Razzle...But they sound great!! One of my favorite bands ever..They were so far ahead of their time...People will never know
Totally agree.... I have been trying to turn people on to them since I was a teenager (which was a long time ago). I've also spent a lifetime trying to clear up peoples misconceptions about them as well. Starting with the fact that they have more in common with Iggy Pop, New York Dolls, Japan, etc... than they do with all the bands that came after them.
Luke, Kind Sir..if you have this on dvd I would very much like to purchase it for my own personal viewing... I certainly appreciate your hard work putting this together, but as I've heard no official release is coming, I would love to have this for my personal collection ❤️ Thank you for your consideration 🙏
It would've taken a lot of restraint not to bother him, for me. I wish they could find a way to reunite for a bit. Then he could make a lot more trips to the ATM.
